1. Services
JD Teach AI provides individual coaching sessions and team workshops focused on AI tools, vibe coding, automation, and agentic development. Services are delivered remotely via video call unless otherwise agreed.
2. Booking & Payment
Sessions are booked through our online scheduling system. Payment is due before the session takes place. Accepted payment methods are indicated at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
Materials provided during sessions (prompts, configurations, code snippets, recordings) are for the client's personal or internal use only. Redistribution or resale is not permitted without written consent.
5. Recordings
Sessions may be recorded for the client's reference. Recordings are shared only with the client and are not published or shared with third parties without explicit consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
JD Teach AI provides coaching and training services on a best-effort basis. Results depend on the client's own implementation. JD Teach AI shall not be held liable for business outcomes, lost revenue, or technical failures resulting from the application of techniques discussed during sessions.
7. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services: name, email address, and session notes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Contact form submissions are processed via Resend (email delivery service). For more details, contact us at [email protected].
8. Modifications
JD Teach AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably before resorting to legal proceedings.
