Terms of Service
1. Services
JD Teach AI provides individual coaching sessions and team workshops focused on AI tools, vibe coding, automation, and agentic development. Services are delivered remotely via video call unless otherwise agreed. The service is operated by JEAN-DOMINIQUE MICHAEL CASANOVA Drafted_By (trading as Drafted By), a sole trader registered in Poland in CEIDG. Business address: ul. Dęblińska 2/73, 04-187 Warszawa, Poland. NIP: 1133212109.
2. Booking & Payment
Paid sessions are booked through Cal.com. Stripe securely processes payment within the Cal.com journey and provides the available receipt or payment document. A booking is confirmed only after these terms are accepted and Stripe validates payment.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. These commercial rules do not affect mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal.
4. Intellectual Property
Materials provided during sessions (prompts, configurations, code snippets, recordings) are for the client's personal or internal use only. Redistribution or resale is not permitted without written consent.
5. Recordings
Sessions may be recorded for the client's reference. Recordings are shared only with the client and are not published or shared with third parties without explicit consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
JD Teach AI provides coaching and training services on a best-effort basis. Results depend on the client's own implementation. JD Teach AI shall not be held liable for business outcomes, lost revenue, or technical failures resulting from the application of techniques discussed during sessions.
7. Privacy
Contact requests and project briefs may include name, email, company, role, needs, tools, budget and target dates. They are used to reply and assess the project and are delivered through Cloudflare Email Sending. Cal.com processes bookings and Stripe processes payments. Umami measures visits and interactions when configured. PostHog Cloud EU also measures public page views in cookieless mode, without person profiles, form capture or session recording. URL queries and fragments are removed before transmission. Personal data is not sold; the providers needed for these functions process it. The data controller is the business identified in the legal notice. For access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, write to [email protected]. You may complain to UODO or the competent EU supervisory authority.
8. Modifications
JD Teach AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
JD Teach AI, by Drafted By, is an independent service operated within the European Union. Mandatory consumer protections and the competent courts that apply to you remain unaffected.
